By accessing and using the Huwi mobile application or website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Huwi provides users with a platform to create, manage, and share digital business cards via NFC technology and QR codes, alongside analytics and contextual networking tracking.
Some features of Huwi are offered on a subscription basis (e.g., Pro Tier). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. Subscriptions are managed securely via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe.
You agree to not use the Service to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
KamSoft Consultants Ltd reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
